By popular demand from my colleagues at work (and to show my deepest respect for the man) I made my own Chuck Norris Quoter. It’s a tiny program that sits in the system tray that pops up random quotes from Chuck once every while.It uses a built in list of quotes, which I collected by browsing teh internet ;). But you can also add your own quotes, since this list is just an ordinary text file.
