Moonchild is a realtime software synthesizer, consisting of 2 seperate parts: a core engine and a visual frontend which is a VSTi plugin. This way the VSTi can be used as a instrument in modern music trackers/sequencers as Renoise and Cubase. The core engine can be used in tiny demos since it only a few kilobytes in size. So you simply create a soundtrack using a tracker as Renoise together with the VSTi of moonchild, you save it as a midi file and include it together with all patchsettings and the core engine in your demo project.
